Return & Exchange Policy

At Relatable Designs, every product is made just for you using high-quality print-on-demand production. Because items are created on demand, we don’t keep inventory on hand—so returns for size, color preference, or “change of mind” can’t be accepted.

We’ll Replace or Refund If:

  • Your order arrives damaged or defective (Please submit clear photos showing the issue)

  • You receive the wrong size, color, or design compared to your order

  • There’s a printing error or poor print quality

  • Your package is lost in transit

📅 Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Slight color variations between your screen and the final product (normal in printing)

If you’d like a different size or style, you can place a new order.

How to Start a Return or Replacement Request:

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. We’ll confirm the problem and process your replacement or refund quickly.
